• Device tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens for push notifications
• Usage data: pages visited, interaction patterns, IP address, device/browser information, and referral source (website only)

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted by Open Edge Cloud in the United States (US-East-1, Manassas, VA). We protect your data with:

• TLS 1.3 encryption for all data in transit
• Encryption at rest for databases and object storage
• FIPS 140-3 validated cryptographic modules
• JWT-based authentication with short-lived access tokens

Note: Our Services use strong encryption at every infrastructure layer but are not end-to-end encrypted. The server processes your content to provide features such as search, filtering, and the random picker algorithm.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, user-generated content, and media are permanently removed. Anonymous analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR and other applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Delete your personal data (see Account Deletion)
• Port your data to another service
• Restrict processing of your data
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest

The Fantasies app is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
