By accessing or using any service provided by Beltrix LLC ("Beltrix", "we", "us"), including the Fantasies mobile application, the Mythopolis game, and the beltrix.io website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Fantasies app is intended for users aged 18 and older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.
You retain ownership of content you create within the Services (fantasies, notes, media). By submitting content, you grant Beltrix a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you and your paired partner.

We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without notice.
The Fantasies app offers optional premium subscriptions and one-time purchases processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the terms of the respective platform. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google per their refund policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings.
All rights, title, and interest in the Services (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Beltrix LLC. This includes software, design, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services.
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beltrix LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.
You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us (see Account Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or pose a risk to other users.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
